Key Responsibilities

Position and present Redwood's capabilities across all five Gartner-defined Service Orchestration and Automation Platforms use cases.
Deliver engaging live product overviews and technical presentations connecting AI features to operational outcomes.
Use AI tools and large language models as a daily force multiplier to accelerate demo preparation, research, and documentation.
Articulate competitive differentiation, handle live objections, and lead hands-on proof-of-concept work.
Support account executives by providing technical insights and market context to accelerate new account acquisition.

Requirements

Three or more years of experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or adjacent technical role within enterprise software.
Practical technical knowledge of REST APIs and comfort with light scripting using Python or bash.
Demonstrated, hands-on professional use of AI tools, large language models, and AI productivity tooling.
Familiarity with agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration concepts.
High-level enterprise resource planning literacy spanning core business processes.
Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Nice to Have

Prior exposure to enterprise orchestration platforms, job scheduling, or workload automation.
Familiarity with SAP environments including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP.
Awareness of data orchestration concepts like ETL pipelines and DataOps workflows.
Familiarity with DevOps toolchains and CI/CD intersection points.
Past experience in technical support, professional services, or customer success.
