Key Responsibilities

Build comprehensive familiarity with the corporate IT environment, covering endpoints, Jamf, networking, SaaS platforms, and identity operations.

Automate routine IT processes, endpoint provisioning, and configuration management to enhance operational consistency.

Administer corporate networking solutions, including enterprise wireless and zero-trust network access (ZTNA).

Implement secure integrations and operational safeguards for internal artificial intelligence tools, encompassing logging and identity-aware access.

Lead infrastructure projects such as technology refreshes, office buildouts, and infrastructure migrations.

Evaluate and operationalize emerging artificial intelligence capabilities, including language models and retrieval workflows.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of professional background in IT administration, infrastructure engineering, or comparable systems roles supporting multi-operating system environments with an emphasis on macOS.

Demonstrated history of owning endpoint management and corporate infrastructure utilizing tools like Jamf or alternative MDM platforms.

Hands-on expertise automating IT workflows through scripting languages such as Python or Bash, infrastructure-as-code, or MDM procedures.

Nice to Have

Practical familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, SSO, SCIM, and identity-aware access controls.

Experience integrating internal artificial intelligence features like LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and Model Context Protocol.

Knowledge of security tools including SIEM, EDR, CrowdStrike, and Netskope.

Compliance framework understanding covering HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST standards.

Exposure to cloud-based SaaS platforms and AWS cloud infrastructure.
