Role Overview

The Senior Solutions Architect joins the Solutions Architecture team to connect product features with enterprise client requirements throughout the APAC region. This position guides technical discovery, shapes solution scopes, and runs product demonstrations that connect artificial intelligence concepts to business outcomes for enterprise buyers. The role works alongside Account Executives, Product, and Engineering teams to support go-to-market strategies in a growing region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions, scope solutions, and promote platform adoption for enterprise clients in the APAC region alongside Account Executives.
Present product demonstrations and technical presentations matching platform capabilities to client workflows.
Act as the main technical contact for prospective clients regarding APIs, security, authentication, and integration.
Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn market insights into product enhancements.
Assist the sales cycle by engaging legal, IT, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years working in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within a B2B SaaS company.
Knowledge of APIs, security frameworks, cloud architecture, and platform integration.
Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical enterprise audiences.
Background collaborating with sales or go-to-market teams to aid deal execution.
Curiosity regarding artificial intelligence, legal technology, or professional services.
Residency in Sydney with valid Australian work authorization.
