Key Responsibilities

Assess end-to-end AI-generated coding interactions for practical utility and high-level correctness.
Judge the usefulness of explanations, preamble, and reasoning provided by coding agents.
Differentiate response quality levels to establish performance benchmarks.
Write clear, opinionated feedback detailing what worked and what felt misleading or incorrect.
Help define quality standards for modern AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

Senior, Staff, or Principal-level engineering background or equivalent experience.
Hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
Direct experience using OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows.
Ability to evaluate code quality without executing it or reviewing every line.
Strong written and spoken English at B2 level or above, including the ability to record short video explanations.
Capacity to provide direct, opinionated feedback with a high bar for engineering standards.

Nice to Have

Prior exposure to evaluation workflows or prompt design.
Experience defining engineering standards or mentoring senior engineers.
