Key Responsibilities

Review end-to-end coding interactions generated by AI models
Determine if agent outputs are useful, high-level correct, and aligned with expert software design
Analyze the quality of model explanations and underlying logic
Categorize the quality levels of different responses
Deliver clear written critiques detailing effective elements, failures, and misleading points
Establish benchmarks for interactions involving coding assistant tools

Requirements

Senior, Staff, or Principal level software engineering background
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and JavaScript
Practical experience using Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex
Familiarity with contemporary workflows that utilize artificial intelligence assistance
Capacity to evaluate code quality without line-by-line review or execution
Minimum B2 level in written and spoken English with the ability to produce video explanations and detailed notes
Capability to provide straightforward and opinionated evaluations

Nice to Have

Background in prompt engineering or evaluation processes
Experience mentoring senior staff or establishing technical standards
