Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer focused on AI Platform Integrations, you will report directly to the Director of Engineering, Securing AI. Many AI agents operate on external systems that Delinea does not control, such as Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, and AWS agent services. Your mission is to build robust integrations that retrieve native identity signals and govern external agents using provider APIs and attestation. You will expand upon existing Microsoft integrations to cover Salesforce Agentforce, AWS, and Google Cloud, utilizing shared identity and policy building blocks.

Key Responsibilities

Construct integrations that stretch Delinea's identity, discovery, and governance capabilities onto third-party AI platforms.

Expand beyond current Microsoft integrations by adding support for new platforms, beginning with Salesforce Agentforce.

Extract native identity signals from platforms like Microsoft Entra and Salesforce, feeding them directly into the core identity layer.

Implement governance over AI agents through provider APIs and attestation where direct enforcement paths are unavailable, functioning similarly to a cloud access security broker for SaaS.

Push improvements upstream into the shared discovery platform to broaden identity coverage across Google Cloud and AWS.

Leverage existing platform identity and policy-building elements rather than creating isolated structures for every separate integration.

Requirements

Generally requires 8 or more years of hands-on experience constructing production backend systems involving heavy third-party API integration.

Practical background utilizing connector or adapter patterns, OAuth, token exchange, webhook ingestion, and event-based mechanisms.

Working familiarity with at least one major cloud or AI ecosystem such as Salesforce, AWS, or Microsoft.

Proficiency in a modern backend programming language including Python, Java, Go, or C#.

Capability to untangle complex integration challenges and independently determine sound technical paths with minimal direction.

Nice to Have

Prior background building security integration solutions such as an SSPM or CASB, or general SaaS integrations.

Previous exposure to AI agent ecosystems such as Bedrock AgentCore, Agentforce, or Copilot.

Professional history working within security or identity domains.
