Role Overview

CreatorIQ is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to act as the technical backbone of their go-to-market operations, spanning lead generation to contract renewal. Working alongside a GTM Systems Manager and a Salesforce administrator, the developer will design, build, and maintain custom solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and CPQ logic. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the Salesforce org's technical architecture, ensuring that custom development balances seamlessly with declarative configurations while supporting complex deal structures and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Own custom development across the Salesforce environment by designing, building, and maintaining robust Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous jobs.
Build and extend Salesforce CPQ capabilities, configuring Product Rules, Price Rules, Quote Templates, bundle logic, and Advanced Approvals.
Partner with managers and administrators on data model design, sharing and security architecture, and build-versus-configure evaluations.
Design and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations and middleware connections linking Salesforce to tools like HubSpot, DocuSign, Gong, and Snowflake.
Drive quality assurance by writing Apex test classes with strong code coverage, managing releases through a CI/CD pipeline, and troubleshooting production defects.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development workflows.

Requirements

Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within a production Sales Cloud environment, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Deep, practical expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, pricing logic, discount schedules, and advanced approvals.
Strong command of the Salesforce platform data model, security model, and governor limits.
Demonstrated experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, asynchronous Apex, and external integrations.
Required certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I or CPQ certification.
Proficiency in headless, CLI-driven Salesforce development using the Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, and Metadata API.
Hands-on familiarity with AI coding assistants for day-to-day development tasks.
Fluent in written and verbal English.

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
