The Senior Product Writer (with AI Skills) role at Zeely AI is a remote opportunity for an experienced professional to shape the voice of a leading agentic AI advertising platform. This position suits an expert who can craft precise product copy while building scalable content systems using modern artificial intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

Create and improve UX/UI copy across web, mobile, and AI functionalities.
Map user journeys to help individuals understand product value, navigate scenarios, and achieve better results.
Develop product tutorials, practical guides, and educational materials for Zeely Academy and the Help Center.
Produce content for the website, landing pages, and product pages tailored to B2B and SMB directions.
Formulate voice and tone guidelines, content principles, templates, and quality criteria.
Use AI for research, creation, verification, updates, and scaling of content.
Design and develop AI workflows, skills, or agents to automate repetitive content processes.
Build and refine a quality control system for AI-generated content.
Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and A/B tests to evaluate content solutions.
Handle product email, push, and CRM communications when necessary.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Support teams.
Identify content problems independently and drive their resolution.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product writing, UX writing, or content design within digital products.
Strong hands-on experience with product content including UX/UI copy, onboarding, scenarios, tutorials, and Help Centers.
Practical experience using AI for content creation, verification, and scaling, including AI workflows and custom instructions.
Strong product thinking regarding user journeys, behavior, and metrics like activation, adoption, conversion, and retention.
Ability to write concisely and clearly explain next steps and value.
System thinking to establish content standards, processes, and quality control mechanisms.
Understanding of AI limitations alongside fact-checking, editing, and quality assurance skills.
Experience with product metrics, research, user feedback, or A/B tests.
Experience creating English-language content for international audiences and Tier-1 markets.
English-first portfolio with relevant product content examples.
High ownership, proactivity, and ability to manage tasks from identification to evaluation.
Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent product updates.
Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
