Zeely invites a Senior Product Manager to lead the artificial intelligence agent initiative remotely from Ukraine. This position suits an experienced product professional eager to build autonomous marketing workflows that handle complex business tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap specifically for the Zeely AI Agent.
Uncover user problems and identify ideal use cases suitable for agent delegation.
Design agentic-first user experiences spanning web, mobile, and Slack platforms.
Develop end-to-end agent workflows covering user requests through independent execution.
Collaborate with teams to advance the agent's MCP, tools, skills, and integrations.
Determine which marketing processes can be automated and delegated to AI next.
Enhance memory, context, and personalization so the agent understands user businesses deeply.
Generate product hypotheses, execute experiments, and study user behavior.
Track metrics for the department, overseeing adoption, retention, and generated value.
Partner closely with backend, prompt engineering, AI, design, and analytics teams.

Requirements

Five or more years of product management experience in consumer, SaaS, AI, creator economy, social media, or marketing products.
Hands-on background working with AI-powered products, AI agents, LLMs, or automation tools.
Familiarity with agentic workflows and how large language models interact with tools, APIs, and external systems.
Proven expertise managing the full product cycle from discovery and strategy through MVP, launch, iteration, and scaling.
Capability to think in terms of end-to-end user workflows rather than isolated features.
Strong grasp of product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven methods.
High level of ownership coupled with rapid decision-making abilities.
Background collaborating alongside cross-functional engineering units.
Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

Practical experience building AI agents or agentic products.
Technical background or a strong understanding of backend and API architecture.
Exposure to MarTech, AdTech, or marketing automation.
Experience launching AI products supporting large user bases.
Personal AI side projects or active regular use of agentic tools.
