Role Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will accelerate the growth of Replit Agent, helping the company achieve its mission of enabling anyone to build software without prior coding experience. Key Responsibilities

Lead product marketing for launches by creating repeatable frameworks from early roadmap planning through public release.
Shape developer-first messaging and positioning that highlights how the AI coding agent enhances creativity and productivity.
Create foundational sales and growth enablement materials, including decks, demos, battlecards, and FAQs.
Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, threats, and whitespace opportunities within the AI coding assistant landscape.
Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to build 'Better Together' narratives that elevate joint value and drive partner marketing initiatives.
Analyze metrics, gather field insights, and feed community learnings back into product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

8+ years of total professional work experience, with at least 6+ years specifically in product marketing.
Strong preference for background experience within the app development industry.
Passion for building strategies, processes, frameworks, and teams entirely from scratch.
Exceptional storytelling and written communication abilities to simplify technical complexity.
Proven track record of collaborating directly with product managers and engineers.
Strong project management capabilities to juggle multiple simultaneous launches under pressure.

Nice to Have

Background in app development or marketing directly to designers, product managers, marketing, sales, or operations teams.
Prior experience executing partner or ecosystem marketing initiatives.
Previous work history in high-growth startup environments.
Familiarity and understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
