Operating at the center of a key Enterprise product bet, the person joining this team will shape how retailers customize their digital storefronts using AI-assisted tools and extensible integrations.
The Enterprise Platform team builds white-label ecommerce products that allow retailers to scale and compete online while reflecting their unique brand strategies. Daily work involves partnering closely with senior engineers, designers, commercial counterparts, and R&D teams to translate sophisticated retailer requirements into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions with regular visibility among senior executives.
Success in the position requires exceptional product judgment, rapid decision-making, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a long-term vision. Candidates should bring a balance of qualitative intuition and quantitative data analysis to balance platform guardrails with deep retailer flexibility.
What you will do
- Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for enabling retailers to create differentiated storefront experiences while maintaining platform guardrails.
- Build AI-assisted tools that make sophisticated customization significantly easier and faster for both internal teams and retailers.
- Determine the correct balance between platform coherence and retailer flexibility to preserve conversion, reliability, and maintainability.
- Expand platform extensibility so retailers can support complex use cases and connect storefronts with their existing technology ecosystems.
- Partner directly with enterprise retailers to understand business and technical needs, shape strategy, and drive scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to convert long-term visions into high-velocity roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
What you need
- Bring eight or more years of B2B product management or similar professional experience.
- Demonstrate strong operating experience at the intersection of product and go-to-market strategies with enterprise sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Prove an ability to build trust with both internal and external executives.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills capable of guiding large, multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, data, design, and GTM.
- Handle complex product problems across a wide surface area characterized by high ambiguity.
- Apply strong product vision and communication skills to anticipate the evolution of grocery and e-commerce over a three-year horizon.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-accelerated creation tools using text or image prompts to help users generate or customize UI, content, or code
- Two or more years of involvement with sales, consulting, or customer discovery with senior executives

What is the salary range for this position?
The base pay range for a successful candidate in Canada is $194,000 to $204,500 CAD. Offers may vary based on candidate experience and skills, and the role is also eligible for new hire and annual refresh equity grants.
