Role Overview

Nightfall AI is hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and ongoing evolution of its data security platform, with coverage spanning SaaS applications, AI tools, endpoints, and major browsers. This remote-friendly full-time position in Bengaluru is ideal for experienced product professionals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and want to shape category-defining security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver AI security capabilities quickly by launching minimum viable products, gathering user feedback, and refining based on actual performance.
Establish key performance indicators including detection accuracy, agent deployment levels, exfiltration prevention, remediation rates, and performance efficiency.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams on sprint planning and backlog organization to maintain reliable release schedules.
Create competitive advantages by identifying gaps in alternative vendor offerings regarding endpoints, AI tools, and agentic workflows.
Produce comprehensive technical documentation, such as architecture illustrations and deployment manuals, for customer support and sales engineering.
Partner with customer success and sales engineering teams during client evaluations and deployments to guarantee successful adoption.
Demonstrate product features and differentiators directly to security leaders and operational teams.

Requirements

Bring four to six years of product management background within a SaaS startup handling deeply technical products.
Participate actively in client conversations, technical reviews, and product demonstrations.
Coordinate seamlessly with customer success and sales engineering functions to support deal closures and retention.
Communicate effectively to transform complex security requirements into precise product guidelines.
Demonstrate a strong bias for action, speed, and iteration without waiting for perfection.
Navigate ambiguity and rapid organizational growth with an entrepreneurial mindset and resilient work ethic.

Nice to Have

Background as a startup founder, security engineer, or product manager focusing on endpoint technologies.
Familiarity with Mobile Device Management platforms, endpoint data loss prevention, browser extensions, and operating system security frameworks.
Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, artificial intelligence applications, and agentic workflows.
Exposure to machine learning detection engines and classification systems.
Experience working with cloud security and cloud-to-endpoint integration patterns.
Holding a degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
