Key Responsibilities

Maintain full day-to-day oversight of the Andela Talent Cloud platform, balancing the needs of clients, operations, and talent users.

Establish and track product metrics and funnels to guide strategic choices and detect system issues early.
Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to uncover critical business requirements.
Partner with engineering to uphold rigorous quality standards and manage effective platform communications.
Integrate practical artificial intelligence solutions into user-facing features and internal workflows.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with a proven history of delivering measurable value.
Experience managing platforms where internal operations teams serve as the primary users, ideally at a company generating over $50 million in revenue.
Deep curiosity about artificial intelligence, with hands-on experience using modern AI tooling in daily workflows.
Strong initiative and autonomous problem-solving capabilities to drive projects end-to-end.
Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and uncover underlying project requirements.
Availability to work with at least 6 hours of daily overlap during US West Coast hours from 8 AM to 2 PM PT.

Nice to Have

Prior background working with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, or staffing technology.
Familiarity with learning systems, training tools, or candidate assessment platforms.
Direct experience utilizing AI-native development tools or agentic workflows, such as Claude Code or Claude Design.
