Role Overview

In this strategic function, the professional takes custom AI programs and transforms them into scalable, high-margin Solution Packages. The role requires a blend of high-level strategy and detailed execution, acting as a player-coach who collaborates across teams to solve complex business problems. The position involves designing roadmaps, establishing pricing models, and accelerating deployment timelines through repeatable playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable Solution Packages with high margins and outcome-based delivery, defining clear success criteria and capturing intellectual property.
Drive go-to-market and commercialization efforts by creating sales enablement materials, designing pricing structures, defining ideal customer profiles, and engaging lighthouse customers.
Cultivate strategic technology and systems integrator partnerships, developing co-selling motions and representing the organization in thought leadership.
Execute 0-to-1 initiatives from initial strategy and packaging to commercialization and revenue generation.

Requirements

Possess 8 to 12 years of professional experience in solutions consulting, product management, or go-to-market functions.
Bring at least 5 years of experience working in B2B enterprise software or services.
Demonstrate a proven track record of taking initiatives from concept to revenue.
Exhibit strong capabilities in strategic planning, commercial pricing design, sales enablement, and executive communication.
Possess moderate technical depth and a strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning fundamentals.

Nice to Have

Background in top-tier consulting or boutique firms.
Product management experience with full go-to-market responsibility.
Prior experience managing strategic partnerships in a startup or scale-up environment.
Direct expertise in AI solutions such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and machine learning platforms.
