Qonto is seeking a Senior Product Engineer - iOS/Swift to help shape Europe's leading finance workspace for small and medium-sized businesses. This full-time role is based in Berlin or available remotely for candidates living in Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Engineer - iOS/Swift, you will help build an intuitive mobile banking experience that simplifies financial operations for over 600,000 SMEs across Europe. You will join a focused squad team within a 140-strong mobile engineering community, taking full ownership of a dedicated product scope alongside product managers, designers, and backend peers.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver cutting-edge financial features by working on critical architectural and user interface elements.
Collaborate closely with back-end engineers, designers, and product managers to drive a unified project vision.
Tackle real-time challenges, resolve synchronization issues, and spearhead brand-new technical initiatives.
Maintain high engineering standards through continuous refactoring, rigorous unit testing, and comprehensive code reviews.

Requirements

Proven professional experience as a mobile engineer with strong Swift skills and a deep understanding of the iOS ecosystem, SDK, and development lifecycle.
Strong dedication to quality-driven development, SOLID principles, and structured testing methodologies including unit tests and snapshot tests.
A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset capable of delivering tangible value quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
A proactive growth mindset driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a passion for building user-centric products.
