Key Responsibilities

Build, ship, and maintain features within the Timeclock domain that empower managers to staff shifts and operate efficiently on Android and iPad tablets.
Develop clean, scalable, and testable React Native code adhering to high engineering standards.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver top-tier tablet features.
Optimize performance, reliability, and application resilience for millions of active workers and managers.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate development timelines, lower defect rates, enhance test coverage, and streamline workflow automation.
Participate actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

4+ years of professional React Native engineering experience.
Extensive familiarity with all aspects of JavaScript and common React Native frameworks.
Familiarity with native development, such as Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and iOS frameworks, or Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, and Kotlin Flow for Android.
Advanced understanding of object-oriented design patterns and mobile performance optimization.
Deep knowledge of iOS or Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience working with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and testing frameworks including unit, feature, and integration tests.
Practical familiarity with Jira, Git, GitHub, CircleCI, and PR-based development workflows.
Strong systematic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated curiosity for AI-driven development tools.
