Reporting to the VP Design, the Senior Manager will oversee the Admin and Enterprise Platform teams. This portfolio covers the critical context layer that powers all AI products, including document management integrations, vaults, and research hubs, alongside the administrative tools that law firms use to configure workflows and permissions. The incoming leader will build and mentor a team of individual contributors while partnering closely with product and engineering to define long-term strategy.
The team operates with intensity and speed, focusing on simplicity and decisiveness to scale the platform effectively. Candidates should bring deep experience in product design leadership, a strong track record of shipping technical or AI-powered B2B products, and a desire to work closely with customers to drive measurable business outcomes.
What you will do
- Drive strategy and execution for the Admin and Enterprise platforms in partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Collaborate directly with customers, research teams, and usage data to design workflow configurations and visibility experiences.
- Tie product roadmaps to customer outcomes like faster rollout, wider adoption, and clear evidence of ROI.
- Build, grow, and develop a team of high-craft individual contributors across systems, product, and prototyping.
- Manage org design, resourcing, and prioritization across multiple surfaces with distinct operational rhythms.
- Partner with design, product, and engineering leaders to evolve how the organization builds and operates.
- Represent the Platform team in high-stakes discussions with executives and customers.
What you need
- Bring 8 to 10+ years of experience in product design, including 5+ years of direct management of product designers.
- Demonstrate experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products.
- Present a strong portfolio showing leadership of complex products from concept through launch with measurable business impact.
- Exhibit fluency with AI tooling in personal design practice and form opinions on its impact on design work.
- Possess exceptional communication skills to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Show a deep commitment to growing people and raising the craft bar across a growing team.

The salary range is between $235,500 and $325,000 USD, with additional offerings in equity and bonus.
