Diligent Corporation is hiring a Senior GTM Systems & AI Lead to manage go-to-market systems and artificial intelligence capabilities across the AMER region. This full-time position offers remote or hybrid flexibility within the United States and suits an experienced technical professional who wants to build and scale AI-enabled workflows.

Role Overview

The Senior GTM Systems & AI Lead owns the infrastructure, data flows, integrations, and artificial intelligence tools that support sales, customer success, marketing, and operations. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on resolving foundational issues, fixing broken integrations, and consolidating overlapping automation systems. The person in this role reports to the Director of GTM Systems and GTM AI.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build go-to-market systems and artificial intelligence capabilities, connecting tools, automating processes, and improving data reliability.
Identify manual processes and build scalable AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations utilizing metrics and guardrails.
Own projects from initial problem definition through rollout and impact measurement, creating reusable patterns rather than single-use agents.
Serve as the lead go-to-market systems subject matter expert across sales, customer success, operations, and marketing.
Connect platforms via APIs, orchestration tools, webhooks, and integration patterns to ensure accurate data.
Consolidate fragmented agents and automations into maintainable systems with clear ownership and guardrails.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in go-to-market systems, revenue operations, business systems, or related areas.
Hands-on background building with large language models and agent frameworks alongside AI coding tools.
Deep understanding of go-to-market data and processes across sales, customer success, marketing, and operations.
Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, orchestration platforms, data flows, and system architecture.
Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

Experience with Model Context Protocol, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, evaluation, observability, or governance tooling.
Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for maintaining automations and integrations.
Background working within a business-to-business software-as-a-service environment.
