About this role

Managing the end-to-end delivery of immigration and cross-border matters, the Senior Global Mobility Partner guides candidates and employees through relocation, remote work, and business travel while collaborating with outside counsel and internal teams. Reporting directly to the Global Mobility Lead as the first additional member of the function, the person in this role will strengthen processes, vendor relationships, and infrastructure to support rapid international expansion.

Ideal candidates bring deep practical knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration alongside a hands-on approach suited for a fast-paced corporate environment.

What you will do

  • Evaluate complex U.S. immigration scenarios independently and coordinate directly with external counsel regarding strategy, timing, and risk assessment.
  • Advise leadership, recruiting, and employees on mobility options while consulting appropriate legal, tax, payroll, and total rewards specialists when necessary.
  • Oversee vendor performance and accountability across immigration law firms, tax advisory services, and relocation providers.
  • Develop internal workflows, playbooks, communication channels, and self-service resources to streamline daily operations and empower the wider people team.
  • Maintain precise compliance data for work authorization and audit readiness while applying mobility policies consistently across the organization.

  • Hold working familiarity with tax, compensation, payroll, equity, and employment implications linked to international moves.
  • Exhibit strong capability in managing outside counsel and driving operational improvements through documentation, reporting, or automation tools.
