Day-to-day work centers on delivering software through direct coding contributions while coordinating internal and external resources to ship projects efficiently. Team members design new APIs, improve existing architectures, write robust CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to artificial intelligence solutions by embedding large language models into research and developer workflows.
What you will do
- Deliver software engineering projects through direct individual contributions and coordination across internal and external teams.
- Maintain production readiness for time-sensitive financial platforms including accounting, risk management, and trading systems.
- Design and implement modern software architectures, application programming interfaces, frameworks, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Conduct data analysis and system reconciliations to verify operational integrity and proper functionality.
- Integrate large language models and artificial intelligence-assisted workflows into internal tools, research pipelines, and developer environments.
What you need
- Bring strong professional experience working with C#, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrate hands-on development expertise using modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Possess solid familiarity with modern software architecture, application programming interfaces, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Show working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools including Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
- Communicate fluently with advanced English proficiency.
- Reside in Mexico City and maintain availability for the required hybrid work model.
