Key Responsibilities

Architect and deploy advanced scripts, workflows, and configurations in enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Stripe, Coupa, and Chargebee.
Manage complex system integrations and optimize iPaaS tools like Mulesoft and Workato to secure seamless data flows across platforms.
Ensure stringent SOX compliance through system audits, internal controls, and governance while driving continuous operational improvements.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver advanced reporting dashboards to aid executive decision-making.
Identify and translate high-impact automation opportunities into scalable, AI-driven implementations across enterprise systems.

Requirements

Bring a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in business systems architecture or administration.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance tech stacks, including billing systems, NetSuite, Coupa, asset management, and supply chain applications.
Possess programming proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, SQL, Python, HTML, and CSS.
Show hands-on experience utilizing middleware and low-code or no-code platforms like Workato, Alteryx, n8n, and Mulesoft.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Git and Jenkins for NetSuite development environments.
Understand API integrations utilizing REST and SOAP protocols between NetSuite and external systems.
Background working within Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
Experience operating in multi-subsidiary and multi-currency business settings.
Solid knowledge concerning ITGCs and SOX compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills capable of engaging with technical staff and senior executives alike.
