Role Overview

The Senior Field Marketing Manager position at Harvey involves taking early foundational playbooks, agency relationships, and event frameworks and expanding them into a repeatable, high-volume growth engine. Working within a small EMEA field team, the person in this role will handle both strategic planning and hands-on execution for first-party and third-party activations across multiple markets. The focus centers on driving pipeline generation, accelerating opportunities, and elevating brand presence through targeted professional events.

Key Responsibilities

Scale the EMEA field marketing operations by strengthening existing frameworks, planning rhythms, agency models, and measurement foundations to support higher volume across more markets.
Plan and execute end-to-end field programs, including third-party conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, and hosted formats, from selection and planning to onsite delivery and follow-up.
Partner closely with Sales and go-to-market teams to prioritize key accounts, target audiences, and event formats that support pipeline generation and strategic relationship building.
Elevate the quality of event execution, encompassing booth experiences, pre-event targeting, attendee briefing, VIP touchpoints, and sales enablement.
Manage operational details such as budgets, logistics, vendors, agencies, timelines, staffing, lead capture, and post-event reporting.
Track performance across all field activities to measure impact and refine future regional plans.

Requirements

Four to seven years of professional experience in field marketing or event marketing, particularly within B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services, with a track record of scaling a motion.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute high-quality events that support pipeline, lead generation, and account engagement.
Strong instincts for partnering with Sales and commercial teams.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting with high operational rigor and attention to detail.
Strong commercial judgment to connect event activities directly to business outcomes.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with AI tooling.
Experience marketing to legal, financial services, consulting, enterprise, or other high-touch professional audiences.
