Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst position at Delinea is a hybrid role located in Mexico City, operating out of the Reforma office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of data modeling, application development, and applied AI within a B2B SaaS environment. The person selected will own the end-to-end design, development, and support of analytical solutions, transforming complex datasets into trusted tools and operationalizing AI and machine learning work into daily applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Streamlit applications that convert company and go-to-market requirements into functional data products.

Manage the complete lifecycle of internal Streamlit apps, covering builds, releases, monitoring, and continuous support.

Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data models and write scalable queries to ensure reliable data availability for applications.

Operationalize data science outputs by integrating traditional machine learning models, retrieval-augmented generation endpoints, and agentic large language model services into user-facing tools.

Build and maintain reporting in business intelligence tools like Power BI when full applications are not necessary.

Partner directly with go-to-market, sales operations, customer success, and initiative owners to translate business goals into effective data products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree paired with six or more years of hands-on data analytics and application development experience, or a Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field with four or more years of equivalent experience.

Advanced expertise in Snowflake, featuring complex SQL skills and scalable data model design capabilities.

Expert-level Streamlit development experience in building and shipping production applications.

Proficiency in using AI tools for daily development work, applying prompt engineering and modern techniques to accelerate delivery.

Strong data fluency with a comprehensive understanding of data structures, quality, and trust.

Go-to-market domain knowledge and strong business acumen to align technical products with business strategies.

Ability to integrate AI and machine learning model outputs into reliable, user-facing tools.

Proficiency in Python for data and application tasks.

Clear communication skills capable of explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

Experience utilizing additional business intelligence platforms such as Power BI.

Exposure to MLOps or lightweight model deployment practices for maintaining production AI features.

Familiarity with B2B SaaS business models and go-to-market processes including marketing, sales, and customer success.

Background handling large-scale Salesforce datasets.

Familiarity with the Delinea and DSA technology stack consisting of Snowflake, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Azure DevOps.
