Review and execute deal submissions in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for approval and invoicing.
Build foundational Commercial Deal Desk elements, including intake processes, approval routing, discount governance, exception handling, service-level agreements, and documentation.
Create playbooks, training materials, office hours, and practical guidance to help sales teams navigate commercial processes and quoting tools.

Leverage deal data and Key Performance Indicators to identify bottlenecks, elevate deal quality, and recommend strategic changes for sustainable growth.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, or a related function within a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud, including resolving complex quoting and cross-object issues.
