Role Overview

The Senior Business Recruiter will manage full-lifecycle recruitment across multiple go-to-market roles with a focus on speed and bar-raising talent. In this position, the recruiter acts as a strategic partner and builder, using analytical problem-solving and AI-driven tools to optimize hiring outcomes and shape the future of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Own full-lifecycle recruiting across various GTM departments with an emphasis on velocity and top-tier talent.
Utilize analytical problem-solving to spot bottlenecks, uncover root causes, and partner with hiring managers to improve results.
Deploy AI agents and AI-driven sourcing workflows to amplify personal output and team capabilities.
Leverage market data and candidate insights to guide decisions regarding compensation, leveling, and hiring strategies.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by acting as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation and closing stages.
Maintain operational excellence within Ashby and other systems while tracking and improving key metrics.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting top-tier GTM talent within hyper-growth environments.
Proven background in hiring senior, staff, and director-level roles across sales, customer success, finance, and administrative departments.
Experience executing high-volume individual contributor hiring.
Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools and data for sourcing, assessing, engaging, and hiring candidates.
Strong critical thinking and root-room analysis skills with a talent for turning insights into practical solutions.
Exceptional relationship-building abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with recruiting technology stacks such as Ashby and Juicebox, or the ability to quickly ramp up on new tools.
