Key Responsibilities

Investigate partner concerns regarding conversion performance, churn, user segmentation, behavioral trends, and payment funnel optimization.
Analyze large-scale operational datasets to spot emerging trends, anomalies, and potential business improvements.
Conduct structured investigations into complex operational and commercial questions, building new analytical frameworks along the way.
Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across user funnels, payment flows, and general operational workflows.
Build reporting dashboards and analytical models using modern data tools.
Contribute to analytical workflow evolution, automation, and AI-assisted tooling ranging from pipelines to reports.
Engage in operational meetings, troubleshooting discussions, and business reviews with internal commercial teams and external strategic partners.
Bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating intricate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Bring eight or more years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a closely related field.
Hold a university degree or possess equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrate strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and a commercially minded, naturally curious approach.
Exhibit comfort operating with a high degree of ambiguity and autonomy while managing enterprise stakeholders.
Show proven ability to collaborate directly with strategic enterprise partners requiring high standards of analytical quality and responsiveness.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with dbt, Tableau, Python, or related analytics tooling.
Background working in payments, fintech, subscriptions, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
Previous experience handling customer-facing work with commercial teams and external stakeholders.
Exposure to AI-assisted development, data analysis, or automation tools, paired with curiosity for emerging AI technologies.
