The schedule follows a hybrid model based in Ho Chi Minh City, requiring onsite collaboration from Tuesday through Friday with remote flexibility on Mondays.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design reviews and set technical standards across multiple engineering squads.
Guide the adoption of AI-assisted development tools, workflows, and prompt engineering guidelines.
Build and maintain dependable, low-latency backend services for distributed systems.
Collaborate with product and design groups to translate high-level business goals into execution plans.
Mentor software engineers on scalable system design, code quality, and modern development strategies.
Embed automation and intelligent workflows into organizational planning and execution.

Requirements

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Brings eight or more years of professional software engineering background.
Demonstrates experience designing and delivering highly available cloud platforms and foundational services.
Shows backend service experience utilizing managed languages such as Java, Scala, Go, or C#.
Possesses familiarity working with SQL or NoSQL data stores and building data architectures.
Experienced in operating public cloud services on AWS or Azure with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
Understands platform security, identity management, data encryption, and secure service communication.

Nice to Have

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Containerization knowledge using Docker or Podman.
Infrastructure as Code experience utilizing Terraform or CloudFormation.
Monitoring and logging background with Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
