Role Overview

Lambda is seeking a full-time Senior Analyst for Capital Markets & Corporate Development to join the G&A department in San Francisco. This position is ideal for finance professionals with a background in investment banking or private equity who want to help shape the future of AI cloud infrastructure. Candidates must be available to work from the San Francisco office four days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and expand market reach.
Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, capital structure analysis, and due diligence for corporate development and financing activities.
Conduct strategic and financial evaluations of opportunities, communicating findings through business case memos, financing materials, and executive presentations.
Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and capital markets to inform corporate development and financing strategy while keeping stakeholders updated.
Develop investment theses, financing strategies, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance product offerings, distribution channels, technology stacks, and corporate growth objectives.

Requirements

Two or more years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or venture capital.
Ideal background includes a focus on AI, cloud infrastructure, debt capital markets, and/or restructuring.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, including experience building company models, merger models, or project finance and debt financing models.
Strategic thinker capable of synthesizing market data into actionable insights to drive high-impact decisions.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while balancing multiple complex projects.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in the machine learning or GPU computing space, alongside a deep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends.
