This project manager role exists to support generative AI and software initiatives from initiation through final closure, ensuring that technical delivery aligns with scope, timelines, and customer expectations. The person in this position will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage daily project execution, and handle communication between technical groups and business stakeholders.
Day-to-day responsibilities involve building project schedules, maintaining risk and issue logs, and driving continuous improvement within the project management office. An ideal candidate brings a strong background in delivering customer-facing SaaS solutions, possesses basic familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced remote environment.
What you will do
- Manage software and AI delivery projects from initiation through closure while aligning with scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and core delivery documentation.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and timely follow-through across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure predictable, high-quality project execution.
- Contribute to PMO best-practice adoption and adapt project plans based on changing priorities.
What you need
- Bring five or more years of experience managing customer-facing software or SaaS delivery projects.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of delivering projects across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Apply strong problem-solving, risk-management, organization, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Show proficiency with standard project management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, or Power BI.
