Role Overview

Fireworks is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the AI Native Team to drive the adoption of advanced generative artificial intelligence platforms within leading startups. This full-time position is based in San Francisco, California, with remote flexibility available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of generative artificial intelligence startup accounts to encourage widespread platform adoption across critical use cases.
Discover, contact, and qualify new high-potential prospects via networking channels, events, and warm outreach.
Conduct technical and product discussions with machine learning engineers, infrastructure leads, and company founders.
Streamline customer onboarding by coordinating integration, benchmarking, and rapid deployment efforts.
Partner with internal teams to design customized solutions, proofs of concept, and model fine-tuning strategies.
Relay customer feedback directly to engineering and product teams to generate actionable insights.
Monitor usage metrics and account health to spot new expansion opportunities.
Represent the organization externally at meetups, demo days, and online communities within the generative artificial intelligence ecosystem.

Requirements

Bring three or more years of professional experience in customer success, business development, product management, or sales targeting technical buyers.
Demonstrate an ability to explain complex technical concepts such as GPU architecture, API performance, open source inference, and model tuning.
Exhibit strong communication skills capable of building trust with both executive leadership and engineering teams.
Show persistence, creativity, and a proactive mindset when breaking into new accounts and establishing relationships.
Thrive effectively inside fast-paced startup environments while engaging daily with builders and founders.
