Manage systems supporting Customer Success, including Salesforce, Pylon, data integrations, and data hygiene.
Design standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and workflows for onboarding, QBRs, escalations, and renewals.
Partner with Sales to establish smooth handoffs from closed-won through ongoing customer management.
Assist with deal desk and sales operations processes that intersect with customer onboarding, post-sale commitments, and expansions.
Analyze revenue and customer success data to identify trends, then translate findings into recommendations for leadership.
Support renewal forecasting, capacity planning, and customer health reporting.
Troubleshoot daily operational challenges and serve as a reliable resource for Pylon and related CS workflows.
Optimize Salesforce workflows that connect Sales and Customer Success while maintaining data accuracy.
Improve internal enablement and documentation so distributed team members can easily follow processes.
Work alongside Sales Engineering to enhance handoffs and maintain clear customer context.
Partner with the Director of Sales Operations to support broader AMER revenue team goals.
