Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical advisor for SMB sales opportunities within the Go-to-Market team.
Partner with Account Executives to deliver scalable, impactful technical support throughout the sales cycle.
Confidently position and demonstrate core products as an integrated solution to reduce risk across users, apps, and devices.
Run technical discovery with stakeholders ranging from IT admins to security leads and developers.
Handle competitive situations involving PAM vendors and secrets management tools.
Respond to vendor risk assessments, RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
Support proof-of-concept engagements validating secrets automation and AI workflow use cases.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or the SMB segment.
Ability to communicate fluently in French.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to quality in high-volume environments.
Strong time-management skills to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced transactional sales environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
Flexibility to adapt quickly across multiple products and shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience or strong familiarity with the security and identity space, including credential management, privileged access, or secrets management.
Exposure to tools such as HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar PAM and secrets platforms.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Comfort navigating developer-centric conversations including CI/CD pipelines, container environments, and cloud infrastructure.
Working knowledge of identity concepts including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and OAuth/OIDC.
Familiarity with MDM or endpoint management tools such as Jamf, Intune, or CrowdStrike.
Working knowledge of modern sales qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC.
Hands-on experience integrating secrets managers with developer workflows, CI/CD tools, or automation platforms.

Salary and Benefits

The annual base salary for this UK-based role is between £48,000 GBP and £67,000 GBP, and is commission-eligible.
