Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete payroll implementation cycle, serving as the main contact for clients from initial kickoff through their first payroll run.
Gather and reconcile detailed client records, including business entity specifics, employee demographics, and historical payroll data from previous providers.
Train customers on the platform so they can manage payroll independently and confidently.
Investigate and answer payroll inquiries by researching regulations, troubleshooting technical issues, and working alongside internal teams.
Partner with the sales team to clear any implementation roadblocks that need customer follow-up.
Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering departments to enhance user tools and functionality.
Keep client records updated and accurate within Salesforce during every project phase.
Complete required in-office work days from Monday through Thursday.
Actively use and test AI tools to streamline implementation workflows, evaluate data, and improve operational tasks.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional background working in an implementation, onboarding, payroll, or project management capacity within a SaaS setting.
Demonstrated project management skills capable of handling multiple client projects at the same time.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reviewing, cleaning, and processing large data sets.
Practical familiarity with phone systems, CRMs like Salesforce, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
Clear communication abilities to explain complex payroll topics to clients and internal colleagues.
Strong problem-solving aptitude to navigate ambiguity and research regional regulations independently.
Driven by metrics with a history of meeting individual and group targets.
