About this role

Replit needs to bridge the gap between its agentic software creation platform and key consumer technology ecosystems by securing and executing high-leverage strategic partnerships. To solve this, the company is hiring a Product Partnerships Manager to own ecosystem collaborations from initial exploration to launch and impact measurement. The incoming specialist will operate at the intersection of product strategy and deal execution, working directly with consumer tech providers, AI tooling companies, and cloud platforms.

Daily responsibilities involve identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and collaborating with internal engineering, legal, finance, and marketing departments. Successful candidates must possess deep technical fluency, act as Replit power users who can build credible demos, and maintain the product judgment needed to guide roadmap decisions. Ideal candidates include former product managers, technical ecosystem operators, or business development professionals from developer platforms.

What you will do

  • Build a prioritized pipeline of strategic opportunities spanning consumer tooling, AI tooling, cloud infrastructure, and payments technology partners.
  • Manage partner negotiations from early discovery through joint product thesis, commercial terms, and launch planning.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, finance, marketing, and sales to turn agreements into shipped outcomes.
  • Collaborate with partner engineers to scope integrations, prototypes, and reference applications.
  • Establish success metrics for every launch to determine whether to scale, iterate, or sunset specific partnerships.
  • Create lightweight operating systems including scorecards, launch checklists, and roadmap tracking frameworks.

What you need

  • Demonstrated experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and launching strategic partnerships.
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to influence roadmap decisions based on partnership leverage.
  • Technical fluency encompassing APIs, authentication, cloud deployment, databases, large language models, and agent workflows.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Replit or comparable AI-native developer tools to build credible prototypes.
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-party processes from discovery to signed agreements and measurement.
  • Strong communication skills with the capability to build credibility alongside senior external stakeholders and internal engineers.

Nice to have

  • Background in AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, API companies, or creative software.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol style integrations, agent workflows, or AI tooling ecosystems.
  • Previous experience as a founder, product manager, developer relations professional, solutions engineer, or technical business development specialist.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity
  • 401(k) program with a 4% match
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability
  • Paid parental, medical, and caregiver leave
  • Flexible time off and holidays
