What you will do
- Collaborate directly with select small and medium-sized business customers to build and test frontier agent capabilities for revenue-generating workflows.
- Prioritize high-value workflows to automate while constructing the skills, evaluations, and agent systems required for reliable performance.
- Translate customer learnings into concrete product requirements for connectors and agent capabilities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Drive user acquisition through personalized demos, case studies, and lifecycle channels measured against strict targets and customer acquisition costs.
- Expand usage across the existing customer base by implementing personalized onboarding and growth levers.
- Design and package customer case studies in collaboration with partnerships and marketing teams for distribution across multiple channels.
What you need
- Possess two to four years of total work experience accompanied by a strong academic record.
- Bring two years of background in investment banking, strategy consulting, or a comparable high-intensity analytical role alongside operating experience.
- Demonstrate hands-on familiarity with marketing workflows such as paid social, lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization, or search engine optimization.
- Use agents regularly to automate complex processes with comfort in writing prompts, skills, and building end-to-end agent systems.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills alongside the ability to manage working relationships with customers.
- Show proficiency with SQL to pull cohorts, validate segments, and build reporting dashboards independently.
- Operate at high velocity with a proven ability to ship daily in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
