What you will do
- Understand the needs of platform users and customers to identify high-impact problems.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams to map workflows and anticipate future needs.
- Prioritize platform investments across reliability, efficiency, and technical debt.
- Define success metrics based on business impact, cost to serve, and reduced manual work.
- Partner with engineering on technical trade-offs, build-versus-buy decisions, and delivery plans.
- Write clear requirements to drive feature delivery from concept to launch.
What you need
- Proven experience owning product strategy and execution on technical products or shared systems utilized by multiple teams.
- Possesses strong technical fluency, enabling reasoning about APIs, data flows, system dependencies, and failure modes.
- Requires strong analytical skills to investigate problems independently, define meaningful metrics, and evaluate platform investment impact.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills necessary to align diverse teams and make difficult decisions.
- Must exhibit high ownership and sound judgment when operating in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working on platforms involving multiple stakeholders and non-trivial trade-offs is essential.
- Must be 'AI-native' with the ability to build AI products requiring evaluation and human-in-the-loop design.
