Role Overview
Sarvam AI is seeking a Product Manager for On-Device and Edge AI to join the team in Bengaluru for a full-time position. This role suits an experienced enterprise product professional who wants to shape sovereign artificial intelligence infrastructure designed for local deployment and low latency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the product roadmap covering on-device inference, enterprise deployment, and fleet management.
Prioritize and define features tailored to IT administrator personas, such as device provisioning, Mobile Device Management integration, policy enforcement, and enterprise authentication.
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align the B2B go-to-market strategy with practical user feedback.
Conduct iterative experiments in enterprise settings to boost workflow adoption and stickiness.
Build features for multi-tenant SaaS architectures, focusing on access controls, tenant isolation, and administrative tools.
Outline product requirements for agentic and human-in-the-loop workflows to maintain enterprise-grade auditability and reliability.
Address compliance and security standards, covering data residency, Single Sign-On, SAML, and SCIM.
Partner with engineering to shape integration patterns and API designs for partner ecosystems and corporate tooling.
Monitor and define metrics evaluating enterprise engagement, retention, and workflow depth.
Requirements
Possess four to eight years of product management experience, focusing heavily on B2B artificial intelligence or enterprise software-as-a-service.
Show direct experience working with edge or on-device artificial intelligence solutions, enterprise device management, or IT fleet management.
Demonstrate familiarity with corporate identity and authentication frameworks, including Microsoft environments, Azure Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, SAML, SCIM, and SSO.
Bring a track record of executing structured product experiments and utilizing data to guide roadmap planning in corporate environments.
Understand the decision criteria, constraints, and daily workflows of corporate buyers and IT administrators.
Handle technical depth involving multi-tenant software-as-a-service architectures, security standards, compliance frameworks, and application programming interfaces.
Hold an educational background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred by the employer.
Nice to Have
Prior background building human-in-the-loop workflows or agentic artificial intelligence product features.
Exposure to on-premise artificial intelligence deployments, sovereign cloud solutions, or data residency initiatives.
Acquaintance with Unified Endpoint Management or Mobile Device Management platforms like Intune and Jamf.
Experience designing artificial intelligence products within regulated sectors such as government, healthcare, or BFSI.
Experience blending technical knowledge with business or go-to-market execution.
