Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the roadmap and backlog for two squads, turning business needs and customer requirements into structured, sequenced assignments.
Function as a dual product manager and designer, building user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity layouts, and interactive prototypes utilizing Claude Design.
Develop accurate, reliable, and self-serve reporting and analytics features by collaborating closely with Data and Engineering teams regarding data models and trade-offs.
Expand Credia AI across the ecosystem, focusing UI creation on probabilistic behaviors, user trust, transparent operations, and graceful failure handling.
Lead independent customer interviews while leveraging Pendo product usage data alongside AI synthesis to steer roadmap choices.
Apply AI applications such as Claude Projects and Claude Desktop daily for prototyping, drafting, research, and analysis.
Author clear product requirement documents, specs, and user stories while communicating design decisions effectively to leadership.
Maintain rigorous standards for functional quality, interaction polish, responsiveness, and digital accessibility.

Requirements

Proven background working as a Product Manager within a technology or SaaS setting, demonstrating ownership and quality delivery in a product domain.
Evident product design capability supported by a portfolio showing shipped user interfaces built personally by the candidate.
Production-ready user interface creation skills, prioritizing fluency in AI-native design software over specific legacy tool packages.
Robust discovery and validation abilities rooted in data literacy and familiarity with analytics platforms.
Consistent everyday use of AI assistants for product workflows, featuring working knowledge of prompt design, handling hallucinations, and evaluation.
Background in architecting sophisticated business-to-business or SaaS workflows constrained by information density and user proficiency.
Practical exposure to platforms such as Azure DevOps, ProductBoard, or Pendo, with extra appreciation for data-heavy or reporting product backgrounds.
