Role Overview

Viktor is seeking a versatile Product Engineer for its team in Warsaw. In this position, the candidate acts as half product manager and half engineer. The role focuses on imagining and building how people work with AI teammates, shaping user experience patterns for delegation, steering, and trust, and shipping real features end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Imagine, define, and build the user experience for managing AI employees, including delegation, steering, trust, and oversight.
Ship user-facing products end to end across Slack, Teams, web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Own onboarding and time-to-value to drive activation and user retention.
Talk to users, shape problems, determine what to build, and handle product discovery and prioritization.
Polish the product by focusing on details like microcopy, spacing, empty states, and edge cases.
Handle any building tasks necessary within a small, high-output team.

Requirements

Experience shipping a real product used by real people, with full end-to-end ownership.
Strong technical range spanning from React components to APIs and deployment scripts.
Product management capabilities including user discovery, UX judgment, and prioritization.
Strong attention to detail and design sensibility to create polished user interfaces without hand-holding.
Comfort with agentic coding as a daily workflow to build with AI by default.
Genuine drive and the ability to ship quickly while maintaining high standards.

Nice to Have

Background as a founder or early-stage builder.
Experience shipping a product with proven traction such as users, revenue, or downloads.
Demonstrated success in moving real metrics like activation, retention, or conversion.
Prior experience building with modern AI tooling.
