The People Partner, GTM position at Fireworks AI is a full-time opportunity based in San Mateo, California, focused on guiding the Go-To-Market organization. Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership by understanding core business metrics such as quota structures, pipeline dynamics, and ramp curves.
Identify systemic risks and focus on high-leverage organizational problems over a 6 to 12-month horizon.
Offer daily coaching to frontline and first-time people managers to help them ramp quickly and lead effectively.
Guide leaders through hiring, setting expectations, delivering feedback, and managing organizational changes like reorgs and role adjustments.
Create a specialized onboarding and landing experience tailored specifically to GTM team members.
Design and implement a performance management system suited for customer-facing, quota-carrying staff.
Organize impactful employee experience initiatives, including offsites and in-office events.
Collaborate with recruiting to maintain high talent standards, leveling, and role scope definition.
Analyze headcount, attrition, engagement, and performance data to spot top talent, flight risks, and areas requiring attention.
Handle employee relations within the GTM division with pragmatic judgment and sound decision-making.

Requirements

Possess 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, including significant time as an HRBP or People Partner supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success groups.
Demonstrate genuine familiarity with GTM operations and fluency in business and compensation structures like commission plans and quota attainment.
Show proven experience partnering with management levels ranging from frontline supervisors to VP-level leaders.
Exhibit strong judgment in managing employee relations cases appropriately.
Utilize an analytical, first-principles mindset to diagnose root causes using data.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a direct yet nuanced approach.
