Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform, including AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
Configure, integrate, and extend systems such as DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, and Records within the agency environment.

Assess onsite workflows, define friction points, and move from reactive support to proactive outcome design.
Capture customer insights and field intelligence to share with Product and Engineering teams for roadmap influence.
Support onboarding and collaborate with Sales to establish goals and accountability from day one.

Requirements

Typically 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments.
Proven background as a builder who has shipped working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
Strong communication skills capable of engaging both technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff in mission-critical environments.
Full ownership mentality to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services.
Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to strict security standards.
