Role Overview

As a Member of Technical Staff on the Research team, the professional will push the boundaries of generative intelligence by enhancing model efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This position involves driving foundational investigations and collaborating with experts in optimization, deep learning, and distributed systems to transform research concepts into real-world enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct foundational research to improve the reliability, efficiency, and capabilities of multimodal systems and LLMs.
Design, implement, and evaluate novel training methods, optimization techniques, and model architectures.
Partner with engineering teams to transition experimental prototypes into production-grade systems.
Analyze empirical data, locate performance bottlenecks, and iterate rapidly to enhance overall model quality.
Shape internal research strategy by recognizing emerging industry trends and high-impact AI opportunities.

Requirements

Research background in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related discipline.
Practical experience solving complex analytical problems through quantitative and analytic methods.
Ability to communicate technical research effectively to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or similar alternatives.

Nice to Have

A PhD degree in Mathematics, Computational Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
