Role Overview

As a Member of Technical Staff on Machine Learning at Reka, the chosen candidate will take part in the complete development cycle for advanced large deep learning models. Key Responsibilities

Build out the entire development lifecycle for large deep learning models.
Prepare data collections and design novel architectures.
Implement, train, and evaluate machine learning models to improve company products.
Work alongside engineers and researchers to bridge the gap between academic research and practical software applications.
Adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities during a phase of rapid growth.

Requirements

Demonstrated background in training and assessing large deep learning models.
Strong command of standard deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and JAX.
Demonstrated history of putting machine learning algorithms into production software at scale.
Comfortable operating within a fast-moving, sometimes uncertain environment.
