Key Responsibilities

Translate open-ended research objectives from frontier labs into structured programs complete with defined scopes, timelines, standards, and financial models.
Manage client relationships from the initial conversation through final delivery, ensuring sophisticated buyers remain confident.
Collaborate with the supply team to recruit, activate, and retain contributors and partner businesses across various industries and geographies.
Handle operational roadblocks by developing tools, resolving spec issues, or aligning incentives.
Collaborate with the platform team as a product manager, translating field insights and user feedback directly into the product roadmap.
Build operational leverage through automation, agents, and playbooks to ensure future programs run with increasing efficiency.

Requirements

Proven operating experience in early-stage marketplaces, specifically building both sides of a flywheel from scratch in new verticals or territories.
AI-native mindset, preferring agent-based solutions and automation over expanding headcount to handle increased volume.
Direct operational background from early-stage startups, former founder experience, or rigorous business operations and consulting roles.
Strong structured problem-solving capabilities built on first principles to formulate actionable plans under pressure.
Numeracy skills required to build financial models, analyze economics, and drive necessary adjustments.
Ability to communicate credibly with both advanced research leads and shift supervisors.
