Role Overview

The Supply Lead role at Reka involves driving the supply side of Claru, a two-sided marketplace providing physical world data for frontier AI labs and robotics companies. This remote position is designed for an AI-native operator who excels at scaling systems rather than growing headcount.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of partner businesses across diverse environments like retail, warehousing, and agriculture where staff capture shift data.
Grow the contributor base and open new geographies to maintain a multi-channel supply chain without single-source dependencies.
Establish and own the geographic rate card, determining defensible costs per approved unit by market and project type.
Manage capacity forecasting to accurately predict delivery volumes for specific environments and timelines.
Oversee contributor experience and retention, handling onboarding, timely payments, and support.
Collaborate with the platform team to develop self-serve tooling for supply management.

Requirements

Direct early-stage marketplace operating experience, successfully initiating a flywheel in a new territory or vertical.
AI-native mindset, preferring agent-based workflows, automation over staffing, and systems that scale.
Hands-on operational background from former founding roles, high-growth startups, consulting, or business operations.
Demonstrated ability to close business deals directly through conversations with partners.
Strong numeracy skills to build financial models, analyze cost per unit breakpoints, and justify changes.
Ability to communicate credibly with everyone from company owners to shift supervisors.
