Machine Learning Engineer / ML Engineer - Roleplay Sessions
About this role
Synthesia needs an experienced machine learning engineer to build the underlying AI engine for Roleplay Sessions, a training tool that allows learners to practice real conversations with AI avatars. The person joining will construct the models that listen to user input, score performance, generate real-time feedback, and determine how the AI avatar responds dynamically.
Operating in an applied machine learning capacity rather than a research focus, the engineer will balance solid machine learning capabilities with strong product-focused software development skills.
