Palantir is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to join its in-house team in Palo Alto, serving as the initial point of contact for operational questions and requests. The person in this position will execute workflows, coordinate approvals and signatures, triage incoming correspondence, and partner with teammates to implement systems that scale alongside the business.
What you will do
- Execute legal operational workflows and procedures as a first point of contact while continuously improving efficiency.
- Support the execution of legal requests by coordinating approvals, signatures, documentation, and operational follow-through.
- Manage and triage incoming requests and correspondence for the legal team to ensure proper prioritization and routing.
- Scale operations, systems, and ongoing innovation in partnership with existing legal operations leaders.
- Craft and implement processes that reduce friction and enable business counterparts to focus on core tasks.
What you need
- At least 3 years of operational experience, preferably within a fast-paced or dynamic legal team environment.
- Demonstrated experience with technical tooling, data analysis, and project management software.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and track key project metrics.
- Demonstrated capability to identify and act upon opportunities to improve processes and tools.
- Experience building cross-functional relationships and advising stakeholders across multiple business priorities.
