The Learning Experiences Creator at Replit is a full-time position responsible for turning product knowledge into engaging, clear educational content across multiple formats. Based out of Foster City, California with remote options, this role suits a skilled storyteller and builder who wants to help millions of users effortlessly learn how to create software.

Key Responsibilities

Populate documentation and learning surfaces with accurate, plain-language content such as help articles, FAQs, and goal-based tutorials.
Maintain the content lifecycle by performing freshness reviews, updating materials for product launches, and retiring stale information.
Produce learning experiences across various formats, including written docs, short-form video, microlearning, interactive courses, quick walkthroughs, and in-product tips.
Build and manage a strategic content calendar focused on high-impact reader needs.
Optimize content findability so users and AI assistants can easily discover answers through search at the moment of need.
Track engagement and outcomes, utilizing reader feedback, ticket deflection metrics, and CSAT scores to improve future materials.
Establish a recognizable, consistent human voice across all documentation, learning channels, and video resources.

Requirements

Proven experience as a learning-content creator with a strong portfolio showcasing documentation, tutorials, courses, or product education across at least two formats.
Strong writing skills capable of translating complex or dry topics into clear, engaging plain language.
Gifted storytelling abilities across media, understanding pacing, attention spans, hooks, and memorable content creation.
Capable short-form video creator comfortable producing content using AI-assisted workflows.
A builder and experimenter mindset, able to take calculated content risks and glean insights from data.
Fast to learn new products and represent them accurately to newcomers.
Outcome-minded focus on real results like ticket deflection, activation, and CSAT.
Strong thought partner who collaborates openly across a fast-paced team.

Nice to Have

Experience writing or maintaining developer or product documentation using docs-as-code or Markdown platforms.
Hands-on familiarity with AI-native build or content tools, including Replit, and modern editing workflows.
Instructional design fundamentals understanding.
Familiarity with discoverability, search engine optimization, and how AI assistants read documentation.
Experience running a content channel, editorial calendar, or creator program.
