As the Lead Product Owner for Finance Applications, you will sit at the center of the finance technology portfolio, owning the systems and workflows that power global scale. You will partner with teams across Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, Tax, and Business Technology to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions. Working hands-on with tools like NetSuite, Zip, Ramp, Brex, and Metronome, you will shape roadmaps, eliminate manual work through automation, and implement practical AI solutions while supporting international expansion and multi-entity complexity.
What you will do
- Act as the product owner for core finance business process areas and their supporting systems, running discovery and defining target-state architectures.
- Lead complex domain challenges including international expansion, multi-entity setups, and new product billing models.
- Develop and maintain a holistic architecture strategy for the finance applications ecosystem and its integrations with adjacent platforms.
- Eliminate manual work and spreadsheets by configuring automated workflows, integrations, and best-fit tooling.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite alongside spend and revenue system workflows such as Zip, Ramp, Brex, and Metronome.
- Identify and implement practical AI and automation opportunities to drive time savings and reduce manual output.
- Own application quality by maintaining a lightweight SDLC and serving as a mentor and escalation point for peers.
What you need
- Have at least 7 years of hands-on experience as a finance systems professional.
- Bring 5+ years of direct NetSuite experience with complex configuration depth supporting global, multi-entity organizations.
- Possess product owner or product manager experience in at least one core finance business process area.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technology organizations.
- Show a proven ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes process problems with a high degree of autonomy.
- Understand leading and emerging trends in SaaS finance applications, architecture, automation, and AI.
- Have direct experience implementing best practices around change management, UAT planning, and regulatory compliance.

What is the compensation range for this role?
The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,500 USD. Additionally, the role offers equity and a bonus.
