About this role

Configuring core financial systems, mapping data integrations across NetSuite, Zip, Ramp, Brex, and Metronome, and automating manual workflows occupy the daily routine for this position. The person in this role will own the roadmap for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report domains, partnering closely with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, and Tax to deliver scalable, well-governed architecture.

Harvey operates at an inflection point, scaling its enterprise-grade platform and agentic AI capabilities globally. This opening exists to support that growth by ensuring financial systems are robust enough to handle international expansion, multi-entity complexity, and usage-based billing models. Candidates who thrive here are autonomous problem solvers capable of navigating ambiguity, driving projects from discovery through deployment, and implementing practical automation without relying on established playbooks.

What you will do

  • Act as the product owner for core finance business process areas and their supporting systems, running discovery and defining target-state process designs.
  • Tackle complex domain challenges such as international expansion, statutory multi-currency accounting, and new product revenue recognition models.
  • Develop a holistic architecture strategy for the finance applications ecosystem, managing data flows and integrations with adjacent systems like Workday and Salesforce.
  • Eliminate manual spreadsheets and email approvals by implementing core configurations, automated workflows, and system integrations.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite alongside spend and revenue tools including Zip, Ramp, Brex, and Metronome.
  • Identify and implement practical AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort across owned processes.
  • Own application quality by maintaining a lightweight SDLC that balances accuracy, agility, segregation of duties, and compliance best practices.

What you need

  • Possess at least 7 years of hands-on experience as a finance systems professional.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of direct NetSuite experience supporting global, multi-entity, and multi-currency organizations with complex configurations.
  • Bring product owner or product manager experience in at least one core finance business process area.
  • Show a proven ability to solve ambiguous process problems autonomously without existing playbooks.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technology organizations.
